We use only humane, dog-friendly techniques and actively work to apply positive, force-free methods in everything we do. We flatly reject harsh, physical, psychological, coercive or aversive approaches - including shock collars.

We believe in doing no harm, treating every dog with patience and respect regardless of their history or behaviour, and being straightforward and trustworthy with every client. We’re also committed to promoting responsible pet ownership and nurturing a positive relationship between you and your them.

Ongoing education is non-negotiable for us. Our team actively pursues learning in animal behaviour and current best practice, so the care we provide is always grounded in sound science - not guesswork. We hold ourselves to the highest standard of care within our skill and knowledge, and we’ll always be honest about what’s within our scope.
